The Thomistic Institute exists to promote truth and Catholic theology according to thought of St. Thomas Aquinas on secular university campuses. Each chapter organizes intellectual lectures, given by professors and academics who are experts in their fields. Chapters also organize invite-only reading groups to go deeper into the theology and works of St. Thomas Aquinas. To get involved with the NYU chapter, see the events sponsored by the chapter or speak with Lily McKenna, the chapter president. Learn more about the Thomistic Institute at their website.

The Rhapsodic Theatre Ensemble gives a creative home to theatre artists. Inspired by Karol Wojtyla’s (Pope Saint John Paul II’s) underground company and its love of exciting texts, the Rhapsodic Theatre Ensemble is conceived as an immersive laboratory where selected students will have the opportunity to work closely with professional artists in their field, and have the experience of rehearsing and creating side by side. Participants will explore different themes in classical texts in new and exciting ways, engaging their own voice, creativity and curiosity in rehearsals and finally in a week of performances.
