Diane Ferguson is a Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions for Mizuho | Greenhill in the
Americas, where she leads Corporate & Investment Banking coverage for Financial Institutions
clients. She brings 35+ years of leadership experience across financial institutions, with previous roles
at Citi, RBS Greenwich Capital, and BNY. Over the course of her career, she has led numerous
strategic M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises for clients across Financial Technology, Specialty
Finance, Asset Management, Alternatives, Insurance and Banks, overseeing portfolios exceeding $20
billion.
Diane holds a BA and MBA from NYU and has studied in Japan and India. She has previously served
on the boards of CAE and The Better Business Bureau, and is currently expanding her focus toward
board service and advisory work to support mission-driven organizations. A practicing Roman
Catholic with a longstanding interest in Dominican spirituality and Catholic intellectual tradition, she
has been an active supporter of Catholic educational initiatives, including fundraising efforts for The
Catholic Center at NYU, and is committed to mentoring the next generation through faith-informed
service.
