Carmen Ezcurra

Carmen Ezcurra is an Argentine performer, producer and teacher. She is the Co-Founder of Cambalache Theatre Company, a Stella Adler graduate and teaches NYU Tisch at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute.

Acting credits:
Off-Broadway: Christmas isn’t just for the Asians at Urban Stages. Tour: Girls Night, The Musical (Anita). Concerts: Latin Music Night and Noche Latina at 54 Below. Other favorite credits include: Wheels: An Original Musical (Amelia) at The Drama League, Bodas de Blood (Bride), Much Ado About Nothing (Hero), El Resto es Silencio (Ophelia) and her cabaret productions in Buenos Aires: Una Vuelta a la Niñez, Mi Songbook and Otra Historia de Nueva York.

Produced:
Bodas de Blood at Teatro Círculo; Away at the New York Theatre Festival and a new original play at the 2026 New York Fringe Festival, soon to be announced.

Francis Hovland

Francis is a writer, filmmaker, and photographer from Chicago and based in Brooklyn. He holds a BFA in Film & Television from the Tisch School of Fine Arts and has been heavily involved with the Catholic Center at NYU since his first year living in New York City. He is the resident playwright of the Catholic Center’s Rhapsodic Theatre Ensemble, which produced his first playtext “A Midnight Trial” in Fall 2026. He is also the organizer of their annual Images of God Film Festival in the spring.
